It was an excellent stay for a short visit. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was amazing on the trays.

The breakfast looked marvellous, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The location was perfect and excellent, you can visit Courier by walking.

The staff there were kind and very-very nice. Its location was brilliant, near to the railway station and the city, the restaurants of old town and the old square and other main areas of interest.

I booked new-fashioned and airy room with bathrooms, a gorgeous view, as for instance. The location was excellent and amazing, near a train station. Had brunch in the brasserie Brunet, located nearby. The hotel had a great restaurant for breakfast.

Pleasant place, exceptionally comfortable beds, incredibly nice staff. A balcony and a hair dryer available in the double room. Marvellous location to the old town-which is actually a plus, in the shopping area. Situated only 1 km from Annecy Castle.

My room was compact and extremely pleasant. Location: the hotel was very close to the Christmas market, walking distance of the city center and the communal areas. It also was very close to the centre.

I was given a newly renovated room with with a gorgeous view, bathrooms added in plus a/c. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and always on disposal. The hotel was in the very central setting in a beautiful town-short walk to the historic district.

I enjoyed the hotel, its airy room and amazingly nice staff. I ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. Had soft drinks in the main bar in the evening.

The hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location, near a train station. It was across the good area.

I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the bus and train station and close to the charming old town with its beautiful canals. The staff at Des Alpes were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room, though small, was well equipped and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the fresh croissants every day were absolutely delicious. I had a lovely stay at Des Alpes in Annecy and would highly recommend it.

Room was very clean, spacious, recently remodeled with new furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the train station and just a couple of minutes to the heart of the city. We were very happy with the room.

my recent stay in annecy was absolutely delightful. this time, i chose a hotel close to the old town, and hotel des alpes exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, just a short walk from the old part and the lake. the staff was friendly and provided a helpful map. and the air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. a wonderful experience overall.

Bathroom privacy could be improved.
